Located in the Norterra area of North Phoenix, this dual-branded Marriott development combines an AC Hotel by Marriott with an Element by Westin under one integrated hospitality project. The development includes 274 total guest rooms, bringing together traditional upscale accommodations and extended-stay lodging within a single property.
The project was designed to support a broad range of travelers and includes approximately 8,000 square feet of meeting space, communal gathering areas, a fitness center, deluxe suites, and a large courtyard-style amenity area. The combination of the two hotel brands required coordination across shared infrastructure and distinct guest experience environments.
Our scope included electrical systems throughout the hospitality development, supporting guest rooms, amenity spaces, back-of-house operations, and site infrastructure. Coordination was especially important across the multi-building layout and the varied operational requirements associated with both short-term and extended-stay hospitality environments.
The completed project adds a major hospitality component to the growing Norterra corridor and delivers flexible accommodations designed to serve both business and leisure travelers.
