The Esplanade Renovation in Phoenix, Arizona included electrical upgrades across a conference center, a new two-story multi-purpose amenity building, and site improvements throughout the campus. Working within an active commercial environment required careful coordination to complete the electrical scope while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
The project included electrical service upgrades, panelboard and switchgear installation, branch wiring, interior and exterior lighting, lighting controls, and emergency systems. Exterior enhancements included illuminated stairs and planters, along with color-changing lighting integrated into the new canopy structure.
The finished project brings together functional electrical systems and architectural lighting elements that support the updated campus experience.
