Goodyear AirPark is a large-scale industrial development located adjacent to Phoenix-Goodyear Airport in one of the West Valley’s fastest-growing industrial corridors. Phase I of the project delivered approximately 1.6 million square feet across six Class A industrial buildings ranging from 81,000 to 775,000 square feet.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, the buildings include up to 40-foot clear heights, dock-high and drive-in loading configurations, secured truck courts, and expanded parking areas. The development was planned to support logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, semiconductor, and data center operations while maintaining flexibility for future tenant needs.

Our scope included electrical systems supporting the core and shell industrial buildings throughout Phase I of the development. Coordination was required across multiple buildings and large-scale site infrastructure, with installation efforts aligned to the phased delivery schedule and the operational requirements typical of modern industrial facilities.

The project represents the first phase of the larger 565-acre Goodyear AirPark master plan, which is expected to total approximately 7 million square feet at full buildout.
