Design-build electrical delivery for a 1.2M SF Amazon distribution facility in Litchfield Park.
Amazon GEU2 was delivered through a design-build approach that brought design coordination and construction execution together from the outset. The project included switchgear and panelboard installation, backup power systems, interior and exterior lighting, lighting controls, and emergency egress infrastructure throughout the facility.
With more than a million square feet of distribution space, the project required careful planning and coordination to align electrical systems with evolving operational requirements. The design-build delivery method allowed the team to work closely with project stakeholders throughout construction, supporting efficient installation and a streamlined path from concept to completion.
