Luke Field
2.4M SF Class A industrial development supporting logistics, distribution, & manufacturing.

Luke Field is a large-scale Class A industrial development located adjacent to Luke Air Force Base in Glendale. The project spans approximately 2.4 million square feet across three buildings and was developed as a single-phase industrial campus positioned near Loop 303 and Northern Parkway for regional distribution access.

The development includes buildings ranging from roughly 455,000 square feet to more than 1.2 million square feet, designed to accommodate logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, and large-scale industrial operations. The site also incorporates extensive trailer and vehicle parking, employee amenity areas, and modern industrial features including high clear heights, automated dock systems, and flexible infrastructure capacity.

Our scope included electrical systems supporting the core and shell development across the multi-building campus. Coordination efforts were driven by the scale of the project, phased construction activities, and the infrastructure demands associated with modern industrial facilities.

The completed development adds significant industrial capacity to the rapidly growing West Valley market while providing flexible space for future industrial and distribution users.
