Ground-up and interior buildout of a 1.2M SF Amazon logistics facility in Goodyear.

This 1.2 million-square-foot Amazon project involved both ground-up construction and tenant improvements, transforming a large industrial shell into a fully operational distribution facility. Delivered through a design-build approach, the project included extensive power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, backup power, and supporting electrical infrastructure.

Unlike a traditional ground-up warehouse project, the scope extended beyond the core building systems to support Amazon’s operational requirements throughout the facility. Close coordination between design, construction, and end-user needs was essential to integrate the infrastructure required for a high-volume distribution environment while maintaining project schedule and efficiency.
